LUSHR partners with India’s leading logistics providers to ensure your glow-up arrives on time.
Shipping Timelines
- Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours.
- Transit Time: Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
- Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
- Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email as soon as your LUSHR package leaves our warehouse.
Important Delivery Guidelines
- Missing Packages: If your order status is "Delivered" but you haven't received it, notify LUSHR support within 24 hours. We cannot investigate claims made after this window.
- Shipping Charges: Free shipping is available on orders above Rs.499. A flat fee applies to smaller orders.
